    SPE Polymer Matrix Series

    Work procedure (using the example of Tip SPE):

    The operation is slightly different depending on the mechanism of retention of the compound by the packing (adsorption by the packing of the target product or adsorption of impurities).

    Flushing, elution

    This type of solid-phase extraction typically consists of four steps:
    (1) Activation – removing impurities in the SPE tip and creating a specific solvent environment;
    (2) Sample Lifting—Dissolving the sample in a specific solvent, pipette into the SPE tip, and holding the components on the tip;
    (3) Dipping – to maximize the removal of impurities and other non-target products;
    (4) Elution – The target product is eluted with a small volume of solvent and collected.

    Target product

    Typically, this type of solid-phase extraction consists of three steps:
    (1) Activation - Remove impurities within Tip SPE and create a specific solvent environment.
    (2) Sample - The pipette is placed in the SPE tip and then slowly knocked out at that time. Most of the target compounds are knocked out with the main sample solution, impurities remain in the tip, so collection must begin at this stage;
    (3) Elution - Use a small volume of solvent to blot the components and collect them, combine the collection solution.
