The PCR sealing film is a film made of a transparent PE, PP, PTE or PVC film and a layer of transparent glue. The sealing film can prevent the liquid in the PCR plate from evaporating and reduce cross-contamination between the holes, reduce experimental error, and improve accuracy. It can be used for fluorescent quantitative PCR detection, ordinary PCR reaction, etc. According to the different properties of the adhesive, it can be divided into heat sensitive type, strong adhesive type and pressure sensitive type, while the pressure sensitive type sealing film is used for fluorescent quantitative PCR detection in experiment.
