B&M C18 (sealing end) is the most commonly used silica gel matrix anti-phase SPE column, and the more surface silicone functional groups provide additional polar interaction.

At the same time, the polar interaction of alkaline compounds is enhanced by comparison with other adsorbent.

The column is reserved for most organic compounds and is very selective and can be used as the extraction of polar and nonpolar compounds. It is a universal solid phase extraction column.
