The series of transfer films have high binding capacity (electrostatic, hydrophobic) to proteins, providing excellent sensitivity and low background, and enabling multiple immunoassays.

BM Life Sciences' NC/PVDF transfer membranes are tailored for specific applications, assays and blotting techniques in biopharmaceuticals, medicine and other fields with excellent performance.

    Product Features

    Surface electron microscopy showed that the PVDF transfer membrane had a compact and homogeneous pore structure, which had a high internal surface area and a high and homogeneous protein absorption load.

    Experimental parameters:

    Target proteins: E. coli broken bacterial supernatant protein (left), bovine serum albumin (right)

    Wash solution: TBST

    Closure: Closed with 5% skimmed milk powder shaker at room temperature with slow shaking for about 1 h.

    Primary antibody: rabbit anti-E. coli antibody, rabbit anti-BSA polyclonal antibody

    Secondary antibody: dilute the secondary antibody with TBST at the ratio of 1:10,000 and incubate for about 1h at room temperature on a shaker.

    Developing: Mix ECL chemiluminescent solution A and solution B according to 1:1, and add them evenly onto the membrane, and then analyze by exposure with Fusion imaging system.

    Membrane transfer conditions: constant current 400 mA, wet transfer for 40 min.
