Многофункциональная колонка для очистки пенициллина
● Penicillin (patulin, PTL) is a toxic product of fungal metabolism that is a neurotoxin and carcinogen.
● It is a neurotoxin, teratogen, and carcinogen. These are a neurotoxicant, teratogen and carcinogen.
● Molds are capable of producing patulin, and these molds grow mainly on fruits, especially apples and hawthorn.
● Especially on apples and hawthorn, so there are strict rules to limit the penicillin content of apple and hawthorn products.
● Therefore, the maximum content of penicillin in apple and hawthorn products is strictly regulated.
● The penicillin purification column BMPTL228 contains several adsorbents.
● It can quickly and selectively adsorb lipids, proteins, pigments and other impurities in the sample without adsorbing adsorbable impurities.
● and other impurities in the sample without adsorption of the test components, which can achieve the goal of rapid purification of penicillin compounds in fruits.
● The goal of purifying penicillin compounds in fruit is achieved quickly.
● At the same time, with LC-MS/MS or HPLC, the detection instrument can achieve the purpose of rapid detection and accurate quantification.

user’s guide
Penicillin (patulin, PTL) is a toxic metabolite of fungi that is a neurotoxin, teratogen, and carcinogen. Many species of Penicillium can produce penicillin, and these Penicillium species mainly grow on fruits, especially apples and hawthorn, so the limit of penicillin in apple and hawthorn products is strictly regulated by the state.
The BMPTL228 Spreading Penicillin multifunctional cleaning column allows the detection of penicillin compounds in fruits that can be accurately quantified by LC-MS/MS or HPLC.

Extraction Method |
Juices, drinks, etc. Liquid samples | 4g | / | Acetonitrile was diluted in 25 ml | Vortex for 6 minutes, place in a centrifuge (≥7000 rpm for 10 minutes), and take the supernatant as the sample extract. |
Solid, semi-liquid samples | 1g | 10 mL of water was mixed with 150 μL of pectinase solution and left overnight at room temperature, protected from light. | 10 ml Ethyl acetate | Vortex for 5 min, centrifuge at 6000 rpm for 5 min, transfer the ethyl acetate layer to a pear-shaped flask. Combine two ethyl acetate extracts, evaporate until dry in a water bath at 40ºC, dissolve the rest in 2 ml of acetic acid solution, add 8 ml of acetonitrile, stir and wait for cleaning. |
10 ml Ethyl acetate |
Sample Cleaning
Step 1: Add 10 mL of sample extract to the test tube, then add 50 mL of acetic acid.
Step 2: Insert the rubber tip 228 of the cleaning column from the top of the tube into the tube and press the column against the bottom of the tube Step 3: Pour the purified sample extract from the top of the column into the sample bottle or EP tube.
Step 4: Take 5ml of purified extract, add 20ml of acetic acid, blow out with nitrogen until dry, use 1ml or 0.5ml of acetic acid solution (10ml of acetic acid per 250ml of ultrapure water) to clean the sample.
Dissolve in 1 ml or 0.5 ml of acetic acid solution (add 10 ml of acetic acid to 250 ml of ultrapure water), pass through a microporous filter membrane, then analyze on the device.
