Bottle Vacuum Filtration Device/Vacuum Filtration Bottle

The BM Life Sciences range of filtration devices is divided into complete disposable vacuum filtration units and individual bottle filters. Disposable Vacuum Filtration Unit is a complete filtration device that can be used directly and independently, combining disposable filtration funnel (filters with upper part of the bottle including cap, connecting shaft, filter membrane and step interface), receiving bottle; Filters with the top of the bottle that do not include the receiving bottle must be additionally equipped with receiving containers for use. Ready for use, irradiation sterilization, sterility, no DNA enzyme, no RNA enzyme, no pyrogen, filtrate can be stored directly in a suitable sterile receiving bottle. Suitable for laboratory sterilization of large quantities of body fluids or removal of impurities.

Different working tank characteristics are available for different filtration volumes.
The bottom neck of the filter hopper connection shaft is a standard GL45 port, which can be universally applied to receiving containers with the GL45 interface.

Product Features

*Individual aseptic packaging, ready to use. It does not contain nucleases, pyrogens, surfactants, with a low content of leachable substances. Passed biosafety tests.

* High flow, high flow rate, high filtration efficiency.

*Bacteria removal efficiency (pore size 0.10 μm, 0.22 μm, 0.45 μm) confirmed by bacteria test.

*Standard GL45 port for a wide range of receiving container applications.

*Stepper connector for easy and tight hose connection.

*Ergonomic design, the receiving bottle is recessed on the opposite side for easy holding. Molded graduations on the filter cup and take-up bottle make it easy to determine the filtration volume.

Application Approach

It is suitable for sterilization filtration or filtration of impurities and clarification of large volume biological fluids, especially for sterilization of solutions that cannot be sterilized at high temperature and high pressure, such as filtration of cell, microorganism or tissue culture solution, buffer solution, fetal bovine serum and biological fluids.
